How do I return goods?

When returning goods, please keep the following in mind:

• Returned products will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
• You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged during transport.
• Electronic devices must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transport!
• The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

What goods can be returned?

If you are not convinced by our goods, you can send them back within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

You can return all unopened products that have not been used and are still in their original packaging. Pack the returned products well so that they are not damaged in transit.

Please inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (by e-mail). State the reason for withdrawal from the contract, the order number, your name and address.

How do I get my money back?

You will receive your money back as soon as we receive the returned goods properly and within the 30-day period. If you wish, we can also issue a discount code for the same value.

The amount will be refunded in the same way you paid for your order:

• Bank transfer – refund to your account – provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can make the transfer.
• Credit card payment – the amount will be credited back to your card.
• Cash on delivery – provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) for the products you have already paid for and are sending back, so that we can make the transfer.

The refund will be made within a few days. If you have any questions, you can always contact us!

On request, we will gladly issue a credit note.
