Local Pickup

You can come to pick up your order in person directly in our warehouse. Local pickup is free of charge.

Our warehouse is open from 08:00 to 18:00 on workdays. Local pickup is only available for validated orders (orders on place are not supported) Pick-up information with a unique pickup code will be sent to you via SMS shortly after the order is placed (1 to 2 hours), (Slovak phone number only). If you haven't provided a Slovak phone number during the checkout process expect a longer processing time, we will manually send you an email with pickup instructions.

And it's not a joke. We offer free shipping for all countries neighboring our warehouse's country (Slovakia) free shipping from 1 filament. If you or your company is based in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Hungary, or Ukraine, shipping is on us!

The main advantage of 3D printing is the speed of manufacturing. To maintain this competitive edge with the number of filaments available on the market, it is important to have an affordable, reliable, and quick 3D material supplier.

When will my order be delivered?

This will depend on the time the order was placed, and your selected delivery method. The vast majority of our carriers deliver the order the next working day if the order was received before a certain time which is indicated on the shipping method details (usually it is 10 am). Shipping notices are sent between 17h and 18h.

We process orders instantly and automatically. As soon as your order is received, order data are instantly transferred to our warehouse system.

Where can I find the shipping rates and available shipping methods?

It is very easy to find those informations. Just add at least one product to the shopping cart and navigate to the checkout page. There, select your delivery country and our system will show available shipping methods for your country. 

We ship from a fulfillment center

We delegate all our warehousing operations to a professional fulfillment in the middle of Europe in Slovakia called. This means that professionals handle all warehousing, packaging and shipping operations. We ship them our products, and they do the rest.
