Flex 100 | Monocure3D

FLEX100™ is a highly flexible 3D printer resin, suitable for creating compressible and bendable models.

Its flexibility is dependent on the thickness of the printed part, and it can be mixed with other resin systems to achieve varying levels of flexibility and firmness. To create a durable, firm resin, mix 25 grams of FLEX100™ with 75 grams of hard resin. For a very flexible result, mix 90 grams of FLEX100™ with 10 grams of hard resin.

It is important to ensure that FLEX100™ is fully cured during the printing process, as under-cured resin may crack due to insufficient UV exposure. FLEX100™ can be used on its own or mixed with other resin systems for a wide range of flexibility and firmness options.

Its unique formula, composed of a blend of photo-initiators, monomers, and sensitizers, allows it to be used with a wide range of UV light sources to initiate the polymerization process. Its viscosity of 30-50 cps at 25°C ensures smooth and consistent printing, while its low odour and zero VOC emissions make it a safe and environmentally friendly choice. This resin displays low shrinkage properties, with a shrinkage rate of less than 0.5%.

To preserve the quality of your prints, it is recommended to store FLEX100™ in a dark, cool location out of direct sunlight.
